Sanskrit teacher Mr. Venkatesh Prasad Darbettadka participated in the 42nd State Level Senior Games held at Mangala Stadium, Mangalore on January 13 and 14 and secured first position in high jump, second position in 110m hurdles and third position in hammer throw.
He has been selected for the 43rd National Senior Games to be held in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu from February 2 to 4.
Mr. Venkatesh Prasad Darbettadka of Ariyadka Village, Puttur Taluk is working as a Sanskrit Teacher at Vivekananda English Medium School, Thenkila Puttur.
