Puttur: Pavitra.G, a first year MBA student of Vivekananda College of Engineering and Technology, Puttur will participate in the 61st Open National Athletic Championship.
She will be represent the state of Karnataka in the triple jump event at the National Games which will be held from October 15 to 19 at Kanteerava Stadium, Bangalore.
She won the gold medal in the recently held state level Dussehra sports meet with a new meet record.
Principal of the college Dr. Mahesh Prasanna. K said that she is doing well under the guidance of Balachandra Gowda Bharthikumeru, Director of Physical Education of the college.
