Prime Minister Modi Flags off the Vande Bharat Express in Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off the Gandhinagar-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express train at Gandhinagar railway station.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off the Gandhinagar-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express train at Gandhinagar railway station on Friday.

He will inaugurate Phase-I of the Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project and launch various projects worth Rs 7,200 crore on Friday, the second day of his visit to Gujarat.

Modi flagged off the Vande Bharat Express from Gandhinagar Rajdhani Railway Station at around 10.25 am. He took a train from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad’s Kalupur railway station.

The Prime Minister will inaugurate Phase-I of the ambitious and much-awaited Ahmedabad Metro project from Kalupur station, which has been completed at a cost of Rs 12,925 crore, a state government release said.
